Payment is only required if you choose to purchase the final song. Purchased songs are delivered digitally via email and a dedicated song page.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Promotional discount codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. All sales are final once a song has been delivered, except as described in our satisfaction guarantee.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your song, contact us at hello@bestsonggift.com. We will work with you to revise the song or, at our discretion, provide a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

Each song created through our service is an original work generated for your personal, non-commercial use. You receive a personal license to use, share, and enjoy your purchased song. You may not resell, redistribute commercially, or claim authorship of songs created through our service. All other content on our website is owned by Astora Group LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. User Content

By submitting information through our song creation form, you confirm that you have the right to share this information, grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of creating your song, and understand that we may retain order data for service delivery and business analytics purposes.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose, submit false or offensive content, attempt to interfere with the service, or reverse-engineer our technology.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
